TCBY Enterprises, Inc., through subsidiary companies, manufactures and sells soft serve frozen yogurt and sorbet, hardpack frozen yogurt, hardpack ice cream, and frozen novelty products, and markets foodservice equipment.

The Company is the largest manufacturer-franchisor of frozen yogurt in the world.

Founded in 1981 by Frank D. Hickingbotham, TCBY Enterprises, Inc., is a holding company for a fraternity of subsidiary companies that provide direct support to TCBY® locations. Since its inception, TCBY Enterprises, Inc., has grown from a single unit frozen yogurt store in Little Rock, Arkansas, to a corporation of approximately 3,000 locations and retail distribution in the United States and over 70 foreign countries. TCBY® frozen yogurt products are available in traditional stores, supermarkets, airports, sporting arenas, college campuses, hospitals, and other non-traditional locations.

Frozen yogurt is a milk product that satisfies both health-conscious and diet- conscious individuals. Frozen yogurt is part of one of the four major food groups -- the milk and milk products group. People of all ages need calcium, an essential nutrient found in TCBY® frozen yogurt products. TCBY® frozen yogurt contains live active cultures and is low in sodium. TCBY® frozen yogurt products are available in a variety of low fat, nonfat and no-sugar-added flavors.
